Vivante's Clubhouse is the social centerpiece of the community. This magnificent Clubhouse offers 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor recreational amenities. Inside, residents and guests enjoy an arts and crafts room for individuals or groups, a media room with lounge and high definition television, a cyber lounge with wireless access, a traditionally furnished pub-style billiard room, a club room with bar and a lounge library for research and enjoyment. Outdoor amenities include two pools, one with an infinity edge for recreation and the second a professional lap pool for the serious swimmer; an outdoor grilling area; courtyard with gas fireplace and conversation area; lakefront overlook gazebo; grand fountains; and lake vista balconies. Social and recreational events and activities are offered weekly in all clubhouse areas by the on site lifestyle director, licensed fitness trainer and tennis pro.

The Fitness Center

The Clubhouse features a state-of-the-art fitness center, fully stocked with the finest equipment for cardiovascular and weight training. An attached aerobics room provides space for group fitness classes and other activities. Luxurious locker rooms complete with steam and sauna rooms make for a great place to wind down after a workout.  

 

The Resort-Style Pool

The gorgeous pool at The Grand Clubhouse at Vivante features a free-form lagoon design and an infinity edge.  The pool area also features a fully-furnished sundeck and an inviting spa.  Along with the resort-style pool, The Grand Clubhouse at Vivante features a separate lap pool.  The poolside cabana offers a cool and inviting place to relax.

The Tennis Center

Vivante offers six state-of-the-art Har-Tru tennis courts for casual or competitive play. A talented tennis professional is available for private coaching, to set up challenging matches, and to provide health and fitness tips.

 

The Spa

From classic manicures and pedicures to facials and massage therapy, the Vivante Spa offers a variety of indulgences. Beautifully decorated rooms, including a Zen room for relaxation, offer a casually elegant setting for the luxurious spa services.
