Rice & Weiss Tops In Sales For Stock
12/1/2009 Patricia Rice and John Wiess have been named the company wide sales leaders for the month of October at Stock Development.
 
Rice is a sales associate at Vivante, a luxury condominium community in Punta Gorda.
Rice has served in the real estate industry for 17 years. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors.
 
A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Weiss has lived most of his life in Florida. He spent 25 years as a financial planner with Met Life before entering real estate as the owner and builder for Ram Realty in Coral Springs, FL. For the past eight years he has been a sales associate for Stock Development at Lely Resort.
